Lannebo to implement swing pricing on fixed-income fund

Swedish manager plans to start using a liquidity management tool aimed to protect long-term shareholders during turbulent market movements on its existing corporate bond fund. The measure is taken in light of the liquidity issues managers faced last year. Lannebo is first in Sweden to introduce it.

On September 7, Swedish manager Lannebo will introduce a liquidity management tool called swing pricing for its existing fund, Lannebo Corporate Bond, after receiving a go-ahead from the country's financial supervisory authority.
