Media: Bonus structure behind key staff exodus at Sweden's biggest fund manager

Swedbank Robur has lost four key members of the organization in a short space of time. According to media reports, a renumeration policy that affects all the big banks' fund companies is behind the difficulty keeping and recruiting new staff.

Sweden's biggest fund manager, Swedbank Robur, has in recent months seen four members of its investment organization leave for competing mutual fund firms. In three out four cases, they have left for smaller companies.
