Danica is trying to sell 25 smaller properties in a range of locations, and expects them to bring in up to DKK 3bn (EUR 400m), Danish financial daily Børsen reports.

"We have a number of properties which do not fit in with our investment strategy, which primarily focuses on properties in or near large cities. We are therefore giving that part of our portfolio a trim, so it suits us better as an institutional investor, where the most important goal is to generate returns for our pension savers," says Michael Nielsen, CEO of Danica Ejendomme, to Børsen.
