Heimstaden to make significant investments to achieve climate goals

The Swedish real estate company estimates that it will need to invest around EUR 490m to meet its climate goals. The funds will be used on improving energy efficiency and solar power, among other things.

Heimstaden wants to reduce its energy consumption by an average of two percent a year until 2025, and reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 46 percent by 2030, the company reveals in a press release.
