Asset manager streamlines business and reshuffles executive team

An asset manager parent company is bringing its alternative funds together and appointing a new CEO at one of its subsidiaries. Current CEO Morten Windfeldt will change roles, while the CIO is stopping at the firm.

Danish asset manager Secure Capital is streamlining its two subsidiaries, Secure Spectrum and Alternative Equity Partners, leading it to say goodbye to a CIO who has become redundant.

Co-founder of Secure Capital Jan Grænge will now be CEO at Alternative Equity Partners, which manages alternative investment funds. He already spearheads parent company Secure Capital and Secure Spectrum, which actually manages the assets for the clients.
