Formuepleje to sell majority of real estate portfolio before year-end – foreign buyers ready to pounce

The asset manager will sell the lion's share of its real estate portfolio to shift its focus to development properties. Formuepleje executives are surprised by how much value its three real estate portfolios have amassed over just a few years.

Danish asset manager Formuepleje's investors have given it the green light to divest around DKK 2.2bn (EUR 295.7m) in real estate, which is the lion's share of the company's real estate portfolio. The vote was taken at an extraordinary general meeting for the asset manager, Danish financial daily Børsen reports.
