Global investment manager buys real estate holdings from pension fund

LaSalle has taken over 270 residences in Copenhagen from P+. This is the second time recently that the Danish pension fund divests real estate.

Pension company P+ has sold 270 residences and around 1000 square meters of commercial real estate in Copenhagen. The new owner is the international investment manager LaSalle, which has bought the real estate on behalf of its real estate funds targeting Europe, Encore+, as stated in a press release.
