Storebrand: Communicating sustainability to retail investors is challenging

Explaining sustainable investments to private investors is a demanding task, especially as the communication cannot be too general if you want to avoid being accused of greenwashing, says Karin Greve-Isdahl from Storebrand.

A recent PA Consulting survey found that Norwegians place sustainable investing pretty low down on the list of important green actions. PA Consulting concludes that this is because the financial industry is failing to communicate the issue well.
