KLP investment manager says proptech is overhyped – "I've been complicit"

Andreas Farberg has invested billions of Norwegian kroner in real estate on behalf of Norway's biggest pension firm. Although he still thinks proptech has value for the real estate market, he got carried away in a hype, he says. To him, "learning by failing" is central.
