Pension funds feel ESG wave as clients go green

At six pension funds, client investments in green products have grown by almost 220 percent over the past year. Although green equities dipped in 2021, they are still more popular than in previous years.

A survey conducted by Danish national broadcaster DR found that at six of the country's largest pension firms, total client investments in green products have grown from DKK 5.5bn (EUR 740m) to DKK 17.5bn (EUR 2.4bn) in the past year alone.
