Formuepleje sells EUR 40m real estate to French investment manager

AXA has acquired 66 residences in Copenhagen from Formuepleje, which had owned the properties since 2018. This comes after a major sale to Catella in late 2021.

Danish asset manager Formuepleje has completed another divestment from its real estate portfolio, as separate buyers have acquired two of Formuepleje's properties in Copenhagen and in Aarhus, respectively.
