Pension fund to expand real estate portfolio after getting billion-kroner returns

2021 was an unusually good investment year for Sampension, and real estate returns surpassing 20 percent was the cherry on top. According to the head of real estate, ”new investments in Denmark and abroad” will be made this year.

With record returns of 21 percent last year, Sampension brought in DKK 5bn (EUR 670m) solely on real estate investments, the pension company writes in a press release.
