
In March, asset manager Maj Invest announced that a new billion-kroner fund had been raised in its private equity investment arm Maj Invest Equity. This took place alongside a DKK 5bn (EUR 672.2m) commitment by pension firm PKA, which was the first, and so far only, investor in the fund, Maj Invest reported.
However, this isn’t like many other investment firms’ commitments, Chief Investment Officer Michael Nellemann Pedersen tells AMWatch’s sister media KapitalWatch. An important difference distinguishes it from how PKA usually makes its investment commitments.
