PFA to turn hunting lodge into serviced housing for seniors

Audley Group and PFA have developed a senior residential real estate concept called Evia Living, and the first project has an unusual history.

Schæffergården, a former hunting lodge north of Copenhagen, will be transformed into homes for the elderly by PFA and UK-based Audley Group as part of their Evia Living project, PFA reveals in a press release.
