Therése Lennehag is leaving EQT after almost three years as head of sustainability to join UBS, Financial News reports.
Lennehag, a Swedish national, first joined EQT as head of responsible investing in December 2014, and also sits on the executive committee at the firm.
Her role at UBS, which she will start in August, will be leading the ESG advisory team in the EMEA region.
