
The Swedish government has appointed a chair of the board and other board members for the new fund selection agency that will procure funds for the premium pension system’s Fondtorget platform.
This comes in the same week as the parliament finally and officially gave the new agency the go-ahead to start operations on June 20. It was an expected and long-awaited decision, as the recruitment process for the fund selection agency started at the beginning of Q2.
