Danica Pension names new CEO

After four months of searching, Danica Pension has officially appointed a new chief executive officer. Two big names at Danske Bank were rumored to be in consideration for the role.

Danica Pension has appointed Acting CEO Søren Lockwood as its new permanent CEO, the firm reveals in a press release.

”After a focused, thorough process, we have no doubt that Søren is the best person to take over the reins at Danica pension. He is an experienced, stable CEO at a time where uncertainty abounds,” says Glenn Söderholm, chairman of the board at Danica, to Danish financial media Finans.
