Swedish FSA and Nordnet clash over appeal deadline as FSA upholds fine

The online trading and savings platform was recently issued a hefty fine due to concerns about internal governance related to intraday short-selling. The FSA and Nordnet are now in disagreement over whether the first appeal came too late.

In May, the Swedish FSA (Finansinspektionen) issued a SEK 100m (EUR 10m) fine to Nordic fund and savings platform Nordnet.
