Mileway reaches 50 Danish properties milestone

After another acquisition in July, US-based Blackstone’s logistics business has met the goals laid out by its head of Nordics last year.

Logistics specialist Mileway, which is owned by US-based real asset manager Blackstone, has acquired its 50th property on Danish soil.

The firm acquired a 10,000 square meter property for DKK 80m (EUR 10.7m) from profiled investor Brian Schou and his family, which had the controlling stake.
