HSBC AM outlines "opportunistic" approach for Nordic markets

The asset manager highlights several products and asset classes that are being sought after by Nordic institutions. The recent hire of a JP Morgan veteran will help further growth plans in the region, a spokesperson tells AMWatch.

Sustainable investment needs across all asset classes is one of the key areas that HSBC Asset Management hopes its new head of institutional sales for the Nordics will work with investors on going forward.

But there are several more products and asset classes that the manager deems important for its future growth in the region, a spokesman for the firm tells AMWatch in an emailed response.
