Pension fund issued with injunctions over private equity investments

PBU needs to shape up when it comes to its private equity investments, the Danish FSA found after an inspection. Other pension funds have previously received similar injunctions.

The Danish FSA, Finanstilsynet, has issued four injunctions concerning the private equity investments at Pædagogernes Pension (PBU), the Danish pension fund for early-years childcare professionals.
