Infrastructure pays off for Industriens Pension

Head of Real Assets at Industriens Pension Jan Østergaard expects parts of the infrastructure space will make up more and more of the portfolio in the future.

Industriens Pension has generated 15% returns on its DKK 24bn (EUR 3.2bn) infrastructure portfolio so far this year, equating to DKK 3bn (EUR 403m), AMWatch’s sister media KapitalWatch reports.

”We can’t hide the fact that like all other large players, we have had losses on equities and bonds. In contrast, we have had very good returns on our infrastructure,” Head of Real Assets Jan Østergaard tells the media.
