Transaction volumes in Nordic real estate dropped from DKK 226bn (EUR 30.4bn) in H1 2021, to DKK 197bn (EUR 26.4bn) in H1 2022, an analysis conducted by real estate broker Jonas Lang LaSalle (JLL) has found.
