Real estate markets drop significantly in Norway and Sweden – Denmark bucks trend

Real estate sales in the Nordics have dropped by 13% during the first half of 2022.

Transaction volumes in Nordic real estate dropped from DKK 226bn (EUR 30.4bn) in H1 2021, to DKK 197bn (EUR 26.4bn) in H1 2022, an analysis conducted by real estate broker Jonas Lang LaSalle (JLL) has found.

This equates to a drop of 13%.
