NREP to take over Danish real estate fund

Fokus Asset Management will hand over its largest fund to NREP, InsideBusiness reports.

DKK 130bn (EUR 17.4bn) real estate manager NREP is making a DKK 8bn (EUR 1.1bn) acquisition of the Commercial Real Estate Denmark fund offered by Fokus Asset Management, writes InsideBusiness. Several Danish pension firms are investors in the fund.
