DNB Liv divests NOK 4bn portfolio to Swedish pension fund

DNB Livsforsikring has sold two properties, one to a DNB syndicate and the other to a Swedish pension fund.

DNB Livsforsikring has sold a property in Bærum, Norway, to a DNB Markets syndicate and a Stockholm asset to KPA Pension, which is part of the Folksam group. The deals total NOK 4.1bn (EUR 393m).
