Today, Friday Dec. 2, is Søren Top’s last day as editor of Nordic asset management media AMWatch, as he is leaving to become global PR & communications manager at SimCorp.

He is passing on the torch to Anne Louise Houmann, who has been a journalist at AMWatch for the past two and a half years.

”After four years as editor, Søren Top has decided to give the communications sector a try. Alongside his team of journalists in Denmark, Finland and Sweden, Søren has positioned AMWatch as one of the leading asset management medias in the Nordics, with readers from all over the world. Anne Louise has been on board for almost the entire journey and is the natural candidate to take over the editor role -- few people know the industry as well as she does,” Watch Medier Managing Editor Henrik Tüchsen comments.

Houmann, a qualified journalist, has previously worked at Reuters, Danish business dailies Berlingske and Børsen, at Danske Capital and for AMWatch’s sister media FinansWatch.

AMWatch was launched in 2017 and is part of Watch Medier.
