Danske's outflow continued in Q4 due to loss of flagship team

The departure of a highly regarded Emerging Markets Debt-team made Danske’s comeback in Q4 harder than expected. Head of Asset Management Christian Heiberg now says he underestimated the influence of the team.

Throughout the last quarter of 2022, Denmark’s largest asset manager, Danske Bank Asset Management, has continued to see outflows from retail customers as well as institutional clients.
