Danish FSA issues first injunctions to Article 9 funds

Eight managers of Article 9 labeled funds have for the first time received injunctions from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, Finanstilsynet, for violating the EU’s Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), shows a thematic investigation from the FSA.
