Finnish SPAC requests extra time to find acquisition target

The SPAC is looking to acquire a tech-enabled high-growth company, it said when it was launched in 2021 backed by several notable institutional investors in Finland.

Finland’s second Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC), which was launched in the fall of 2021, wants to extend its timeline of finding an acquisition target. Its board of directors is proposing on the company’s general meeting to grant it an additional 12 months to find a company to acquire.
