Pensionskasse stempler ind i ejerkreds bag dansk biogasselskab

Salget af det danske biogasselskab Nature Energy er nu gennemført, og en dansk pensionskasse har meldt sig som en del af det nye ejerkonsortium. Her mener man, at investeringen kan vokse sig til "Europas største producent af biogas."

Handlen af det danske gasselskab Nature Energy, hvor otte kommuner afhænder sine ejerandele til den britiske kapitalfond Pioneer Point Partners, får nu et dansk islæt i investorgruppen.

Parterne har indgået en aftale med pensionskassen Sampension om at blive en del af transaktionen, der har en samlet værdi af 1,1 mia. danske kroner. Det fremgår ikke, hvor stor en andel Sampension tegner sig for.
