Kapitalfonde overtager kriseramt tøjfirma

Det kriseramte tøjfirma Noa Noa, der længe har kæmpet med millionunderskud, får nye ejere kun fire år efter seneste ejerskifte.

Tøjfirmaet Noa Noa har fået nye ejere. Den nye ejerkreds består af Kraks Fond, VKR Holding og folkene bag kapitalfonden Greystone Capital Partners, hvis formål er at købe kriseramte selskaber. Det skriver erhvervsmediet Finans, som har kigget nærmere på tøjfirmaets registreringer i CVR-registret.

Ifølge Finans fremgår det af CVR-registret, at der i forbindelse med ejerskiftet er gennemført en kapitalforhøjelse i Noa Noa på cirka 18 mio. kr.
