Kapitalfond køber kontrol med ridesportsfirma

Tidligere OL-rytter sælger majoritetsaktiepost i sit kun 10 år gamle firma til en kapitalfond for et tre-cifret millionbeløb.

Ridesportsvirksomheden Helgstrand Dressage har solgt en stor aktiepost til kapitalfonden Waterland Private Equity.

Det skriver Berlingske og tilføjer, at et ”godt bud er, at Waterland betaler omkring 400 mio. kroner for at få kontrollen med virksomheden, som dermed værdisættes til 700-800 mio. kroner”.
