Medie: Pensionskasser vil købe flyvirksomhed for milliardbeløb

Flyudlejeren Nordic Aviation Capital, hvor EQT er majoritetsaktionær, er på vej til at blive solgt til et konsortium med to danske pensionskasser i spidsen.

Et konsortium med pensionskasserne ATP og PKA i spidsen vil købe Nordic Aviation Capital, der udlejer fly, for op mod 20 mia. kr., erfarer Berlingske Business.

"Der er flere danske pensionskasser involveret, og handlen tegner til at blive gennemført i løbet sommeren," siger en anonym kilde til Berlingske.
