Første investering for Mærsks Afrika-fond falder til jorden

Et energiselskab i Zambia skulle have været den første investering fra Mærsks Afrika-fond. Men nu er handlen faldet fra hinanden, skriver Børsen.

I begyndelsen af året gik A.P. Møller Capital sammen med det statsejede britiske investeringsselskab Commonwealth Development Corporation. Gennem sin investeringsfond Africa Infrastructure Fund I har Maersk forhandlet om at opkøbe en majoritet i et zambisk energiselskab Copperbelt Energy Corporation (CEC).

Men i denne uge er handlen faldet til jorden. Ét af fem kriterier for aftaen er ikke blevet opfyldt, oplyser CEC ifølge Børsen.
