Oaktree tager stor bid af shippingselskab

Kapitalfonden Oaktree Capital Management, der har kontrollerende aktieposter i blandt andet rederierne Torm og Star Bulk, har købt knap halvdelen af aktierne i ship management-selskabet OSM Maritime Group.

Torm- og Starbulk-storaktionæren Oaktree Capital Management udvider tilstedeværelsen i shipping gennem et opkøb af knap halvdelen af aktierne i ship management-selskabet OSM Maritime Group.

Kapitalfonden har netop erhvervet sig 49 pct. af selskabet med 30 kontorer på verdensplan, der håndterer omkring 500 skibe, og som har ansvar for 11.000 ansatte via blandt andet crew management.
