Ny fond vil investere i Afrikas vækst

Nordic Impact Funds stiler efter godt en halv mia. kr. til investeringer i Afrika, der både skal afhjælpe fattigdom og give økonomisk afkast.

Den danske investeringsfond Nordic Impact Funds vil investere i virksomheder i Afrika, som kan bidrage til et større overskud i sidste ende - både økonomisk og socialt i form af økonomisk afkast og nye jobs. Det skal ske med Lisbeth Stausholm Zacho som stifter af projektet. Hun har blandt andet arbejdet hos IMF i Washington DC, været kontorchef i Nationalbanken og senest vicedirektør i SOS Børnebyerne. Det skriver Børsen.

Fondens målsætning er at løfte millioner af liv i takt med, at de afrikanske lande oplever vækst, fortæller Lisbeth Stausholm Zacho til Børsen:
