Ventureinvestor kritiserer minibørs for for lav barre

Det er for let at blive noteret på Nasdaqs minibørs, First North Copenhagen, lyder det fra ventureinvestoren Gregers Kronborg, efter det er kommet frem, at et af de noterede selskaber har haft en formand med forbindelser til Nordkorea.

Tilliden til Nasdaqs københavnske minibørs, First North Copenhagen, kan smuldre, da kvaliteten og modenheden af de selskaber, der bliver noteret på børsen, er for lav, lyder det fra ventureinvestoren Gregers Kronborg. Det skriver Insidebusiness.

Kritikken er hørt før, men kommer nu igen, da Insidebusiness skriver, at Gate Ventures, der blev noteret på First North Copenhagen i 2016, har haft et noget farverigt persongalleri i den daværende bestyrelsesformand dr. Johnny Hon, der har forbindelser til Nordkorea.
