Dansk-svensk kapitalfond køber majoritetspost i større leverandør af udstyr til fødevareindustrien.

Den danske leverandør af højteknologisk produktionsudstyr til fødevareindustrien, Carsoe A/S i Aalborg, får nu den dansk-svenske kapitalfond Solix Group som medejer. Solix har således erhvervet 60 pct. af selskabet, skriver Børsen.
