Stort flyselskab får nye ejere

Investeringsfonden GIC fra Singapore køber en stor andel aktier i Nordic Aviation Capital.

Singapores investeringsfond GIC køber aktier i flyleasingfirmaet Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) og skyder samtidigt nye penge i virksomheden. Det er kapitalfonden EQT, der har solgt en del af sine aktier i flyleasingfirmaet. Det skriver Finans.dk.

Kapitalfonden EQT og Legos investeringsselskab vil fortsat være en del af ejerkredsen. NAC-stifteren Martin Møller fortsætter også i selskabet som betydelig aktionær og formand.
