Nordea joins investors criticizing "dysfunction" of Tesla board

The asset manager, along with AkademikerPension, is among a group of international investors that have sent an open letter urging Tesla shareholders to reject Elon Musk’s giant pay package.

The biggest asset manager in the Nordics, Nordea Asset Management, has added its voice to investors in Tesla urging other shareholders to use the EV giant’s upcoming AGM to seek changes to the board and to vote against a USD 46bn pay package for CEO Elon Musk.
