Danish pensions trio sells Portland Towers for more than DKK 700m

The global property investor Hines buys the two iconic office silos in northern Copenhagen from Pensiondanmark, PFA an ATP, which score millions of kroner on the deal. The buyer has its eye on Denmark.

The current owners of Portland Towers in northern Copenhagen Pensiondanmark, PFA and ATP have sold the buildings to the international real estate investor Hines, which the involved parties write in a press announcement.
