Aberdeen Standard Investments passes on management of EUR 4bn real estate portfolio

Danish property manager Deas takes over the management of Aberdeen's Nordic real estate portfolio. The deal encompasses real estate worth EUR 4bn. The transaction is expected to take place in the first or second quarter of 2021.

Aberdeen Standard Investments has chosen to let Danish property manager Deas take over the firm's asset management business in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark, according to a press statement.
