New head of Danske's AM primed for 2021 ahead of new green EU regulation

Things didn't go as well as hoped in 2020, says the new head of Danske Bank Asset Management, Christian Heiberg, who sees Denmark's largest asset manager well prepared for increasing net sales in 2021 after some years plagued by bad image related to the bank.

The year 2020 turned out to be positive in terms of financial gains net inflows. At Denmark's largest asset manager, assets under management increased by DKK 25bn (EUR 3.4bn) to DKK 753bn (EUR 101.3bn), primarily due to positive financial markets.
