Turbulent April drags down Nordic fund markets – just one country had net inflows

While further declines on the financial markets affected assets under management in all four Nordic fund markets, managers weathered a turbulent April with varying success, AMWatch’s monthly review shows.

After three months of redemptions, things turned around for the Swedish fund market in April, where net sales reached EUR 314m (SEK 3.3bn).

Swedish investors invested more in equity funds, balanced funds, and hedge funds while redeeming money from short-term fixed-income funds.
