Despite huge success – BankInvest is contemplating scrapping the Nordic Swan

In more than 50 years of operation, BankInvest has never had a fund that grew as quickly as its first Nordic Swan Ecolabel fund. Still, the asset manager is considering dropping the label that aims to help consumers make the best environmental choice.

Two years ago, BankInvest launched its first global equity fund bearing the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, which soon would turn out to be the fastest-growing fund in Bankinvest’s 53 years of existence.

Today the fund has reached DKK 10.9bn (EUR 1.5bn) in AUM, and along the way, the DKK 132.9bn (EUR 17.9bn) manager has launched two more Nordic Swan funds - a bond fund and a Danish equity fund.
