BankInvest seems to be repeating its success with a new alternative fund for retail investors. The goal was to list shares corresponding to around DKK 2bn (EUR 269m) at first emission, and that is what happened on Thursday morning.

”It is a very, very satisfactory result achieved under difficult market conditions. Investors have bought into the possibility of exposure to a residential rental housing sector, which provides significant inflation protection, says Lars Bo Bertram, CEO at BankInvest in a press release.
