High inflation, rising interest rates and the energy crisis put an end to the asset manager’s ambitious plans to invest DKK 25bn in real estate.

Danish asset manager Formuepleje’s plans to increase investments in real estate to DKK 25bn (EUR 3.35bn) in 2026 will now be dropped, Formuepleje CEO Peter Kjærgaard tells Danish business daily Børsen.
