Oil Fund to publish shareholder votes live on Bloomberg

The transparency move also highlights the giant Norwegian wealth fund’s potential for influencing other investors’ votes and therefore the companies they invest in.

Norway’s giant Oil Fund is going one step further in its transparency drive by making its voting intentions and votes at company shareholder meetings available live through Bloomberg, the information service provider that is a mainstay of the financial industry.
