Tesla AGM sees defeats for Nordic investors on CEO pay package and workers’ rights

Swedish pension funds AMF and AP7 and Norway’s Oil Fund say they will continue to hold shares in Tesla despite concerns over corporate governance.

The annual shareholders’ meeting at Tesla on 13 June appeared to be a massive vote of confidence in CEO Elon Musk, with a hotly contested USD 46bn pay package passed by approximately 72% of investors.
