Sweden still failing to reach target for female board representation

The proportion of female board members in Swedish listed companies decreased slightly last year, while there are now more women in management teams than ever before.

The percentage of female board members in listed Swedish companies appears to have stagnated somewhat in the past few years following a sharper increase during the first half of the past decade, new figures from the AP2 national pension fund show.
